Proclamation of Hope is an original symphonic concert by Grammy Award-winning pianist, composer and Jazz legend Ramsey Lewis about the life and legacy of Abraham Lincoln. This 90-minute multi-media program includes a 22-piece orchestra with vocalist Dee Alexander, and stunning historical images that serve to inspire reflection and hope with the audience. The concert captures Ramsey's musical style which combines his deep knowledge of jazz along with his passion for gospel and classical music. Composed by Mr. Lewis and scored by Scott Hall, the work honors the life of Abraham Lincoln as the country's sixteenth, and perhaps, greatest president.
